It is not worth writing about… I finished a full marathon race in just 3:40, which means I’m back to the same result as five years ago. In the last few years, injuries have prevented me from running as fast as I would have liked, and I thought I was going to fade away, but I avoided that for now.
Fortunately, I did not worry about my hip joint inflammation. During the race, I didn’t care about my running form at all, such as whether my pelvis was collapsing, and I could just concentrate on moving forward.
Once I could take a load off my mind about injury, I could see the next summit, which I had not tried to see before.
