SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon “EGAY” {DOKSURI} was estimated based on all available data, including Daet Doppler Weather Radar at 320 km East Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora, or 350 km East Southeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.1N, 125.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 215 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affects Visayas, Mindanao, and the western section of Southern Luzon.
