Buses from Manila to San Fernando are available from various bus companies such as Partas, Farinas, Viron, Dominion, and Philippine Rabbit. The travel time is approximately 5-7 hours, and the fare is around PHP 400 / USD 7.94.

Once in San Fernando, tourists can take a tricycle or jeep to San Gabriel town proper. From there, they must pay the entrance fee at the Municipal Treasury Office and hire a tour guide.
