Meet Your Host
Cornel Ceapa, owner of Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar, has a PhD in sturgeon biology. He and his wife, Dorina, are originally from Romania. They moved to Canada and opened their own sturgeon hatchery in 2005, knowing it would take ten years for the sturgeon to even reach maturity. Now they have nine full-time staff to help them make their own caviar and sturgeon products.
