Chris replaces Brian Jung on our lineup, who is no longer able to join us as a speaker.

Mark Ross-Smith is CEO of Loyalty Status Co, the company behind StatusMatch and other well-known loyalty technology solutions. He is a highly regarded thought leader in the loyalty industry, frequently appearing in major media and having published 100+ industry articles.
Prior to founding Loyalty Status Co, Mark headed Malaysian Airlines’s Enrich loyalty program.
Mike Arnot is the principal of Juliett Alpha Communications and Media Relations, which represents leading brands exclusively in the airline and aviation industry, including the Star Alliance, Air India, and Gate Gourmet.
A former contributor to The New York Times writing about airlines, he and his family are recent transplants to Toronto.
