The area was then developed and turned into a health resort, which are fed by two natural springs that feed into 28 mineral pools.
Today, the lake spa resort stands on the same site as the historic bathhouses, and offers a range of amenities that offer relaxation and rejuvenation. You can take a relaxing soak in geothermal bathing pools, private pools, and enjoy spa treatments.
The site still has the original Priest Pools, and uses the same acidic surface springs that fed the pools in the 1800s.
