New England Aquarium

Jon and I had a blast at the New England Aquarium. From touching sting rays to seeing feedings and training sessions, we were enthralled the entire time. We both had permanent grins on our faces the entire time. The centerpiece of the aquarium is the Giant Ocean Tank, a four-story marvel holding 200,000 gallons of water. There are thousands of tropical creatures swimming before your eyes, including sea turtles, sharks, and colorful fish. The penguin colony on the first floor is another highlight, home to over 60 African and rockhopper penguins. The Shark and Ray Touch Tank had us rolling up our sleeves to have one of the silky smooth rays glide underneath our hands. We also enjoyed watching the harbor seals at their training—they’re so smart.  

Boston Museum of Science

This museum looks fascinating. It has a diverse range of fascinating exhibits and experiences. With over 700 interactive exhibits, you can explore topics like math, engineering, and biodiversity.
