To mark this new international recognition, Hue Hotel Puerto Princesa celebrated its 8th anniversary with a series of special events and launches.

Located in the bustling provincial capital, the hotel’s trendy all-day dining outlet, La-Ud, kicked off the weekend with a revamped menu that aims to elevate the city’s vibrant food scene. The new culinary selection features a wide array of gourmet seafood, meats, poultry, vegetarian dishes, and more.

Among the meticulously curated main dishes by Executive Chef Edge Limoico are savory shank, curry mee soup, smoked pork ribs, and tuna salad. These additions are designed to spice up the local food scene, especially at night, when live music occasionally sets the mood.

La-Ud also offers an extensive buffet breakfast, providing a hearty start to the day for both stay-in and walk-in guests.

A new and exciting addition is Hue’s upgraded version of the popular boodle fight, overflowing with generous servings of more than a dozen classic Filipino favorites. This feast can feed up to 10 family members or friends.

As a family and fun-oriented establishment, Hue has also opened the Brightbuds Playclub, a dedicated space for toddlers and young children to create memorable family moments. To cap off the experience, the launch of Flamingo Social introduces a pool bar that offers some of the best cocktails and spirits in town, all set in a relaxing resort vibe amid the verdant countryside.
