TPB and DOT will host the 15th Regional Travel Fair in Tuguegarao City.
The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, the marketing and promotions branch of the Department of Tourism (DOT), proudly announces the 15th edition of the Regional Travel Fair (RTF). The initial installment of this twice-yearly fair will take place in Tuguegarao City, the capital of Cagayan province, from August 15 to 17, 2025.
The RTF encourages tourism stakeholders and travel enthusiasts to discover the hidden opportunities in Northeastern Luzon. Highlighting Region 2–a region filled with history and picturesque landscapes that link Luzon’s lowlands to the Cordilleras highlands—this event aligns with the DOT’s aim of promoting balanced tourism development.
Under TPB and DOT’s initiative, 50 buyers and 53 sellers/exhibitors will attend the B2B session of the RTF at Pulsar Hotel and Convention Center on August 15. This session will bring together industry players from hotels, airlines, tour operators, and provincial tourism offices for organized networking with buyers. It also provides an opportunity for stakeholders to create new product offerings through collaborations with partners from Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino.
The Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sessions will take place at Robinsons Tuguegarao from August 16 to 17. During these sessions, visitors can enjoy discounted domestic tour packages, airline tickets, accommodations, and various tourism-related products. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to experience cultural performances, participate in interactive games, and view presentations from event sponsors and DOT regional offices.
“We are proud to bring the 15th Regional Travel Fair to Tuguegarao City, a place that naturally captivates with its breathtaking landscapes and deep-rooted traditions,” said TPB Chief Operating Officer Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles. “This event continues to inspire local and global travelers to celebrate the enduring beauty and cultural richness of our country. Through this initiative, we hope to strengthen regional pride and empower tourism stakeholders by bringing attention to the distinct experiences that make Tuguegarao City truly special.”
