If it’s your first time in Nairobi, then Westlands is the best neighborhood to stay in. It’s close to the city center, tourist attractions, and other key areas of interest. It also offers some of the best restaurants in Nairobi.

The neighborhood has many great dining places, and if you’re into nightlife, it won’t disappoint. A few minutes from Westlands are the UN Headquarters in Nairobi, the US Embassy, and offices for several global organizations. This makes the area a favorite for expats too.

You’ll find excellent multi-cuisine restaurants, vibrant nightclubs, and beautiful accommodation facilities here. It’s also easy to move around Westlands. You can walk to most places, hail a shared taxi, or try the local public transport vehicles.
