By Boat
One of the most scenic ways to reach this stunning pair of beaches is via a boat tour from Cala Galdana. You’ll have no problem sourcing one independently but if you’d prefer to book one in advance, the following have excellent reviews:
· This 2.5 hour boat tour visits Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, Turqueta, Mitjana, Mitjaneta and Cala Escorxada. Includes snorkelling gear.
· This small group option has excellent reviews, makes time for snorkelling and paddle boarding, plus also includes stops at Turqueta, Mitjana, and Escorxada.
· This glass bottom tour won’t suit everyone (it involves a pretty large group) but it’s an affordable way of visiting the beaches
Alternatively, hiring your own self-drive boat is a super popular thing to do in Menorca and it makes accessing more difficult to reach bays a breeze (and an enjoyable experience).
Boats are avaialble to rent from lots of companies based in Cala Galdana, and you can further details on the price and process in this guide.
