Dave and I have stayed in so many of the best hotels in Niagara Falls over the years. We have definitely stayed in all areas of Niagara Falls and have stayed in everything from luxury hotels overlooking the falls to hotels with a more modest budget. One thing is for sure, we always have a good time. Having visited Niagara Falls nearly every year since the 1990s, Dave and I can definitely give the best advice for where to stay in Niagara Falls.

There are three main areas to stay in Niagara Falls, Canada. We’ve broken down the best places to stay depending on your preference as well as our favorite hotels in all of them. We have stayed at all of these Niagara Hotels at one point over the years.

Fallsview Tourist Area Hotels

The Fallsview area is the best place to stay in Niagara Falls with views of the falls and nightlife. This is also the area where you’ll find a great concentration of the best luxury hotels in Niagara Falls. These Niagara hotels line along Fallsview Boulevard and there is no shortage of luxury hotels to choose from. You won’t find budget hotels here and nearly all of the rooms will have fall views.

Hotels here have epic views of the falls as they are located almost directly beside Horseshoe Falls. Fallsview is the more upscale neighborhood of Niagara Falls with the Niagara Fallsview Casino being at its centerpiece. This is where we almost exclusively stay when visiting Niagara Falls. The Marriott Fallsview Hotel is our go-to of the Fallsview hotels in Niagara for a romantic getaway. It is one of the best hotels for couples in Niagara Falls as it has a spa that is to die for.
