SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon “FALCON” {KHANUN} was estimated based on all available data at 835 km Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (25.0°N, 128.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 215 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
