From SCTEX, take the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) and exit at Pozorrubio. Follow the National Road going to Dagupan and turn right at the signboard going to Bolinao. Once you reach Bolinao town center, continue driving along the national road until you reach Patar Beach.
