Walk Amongst the Na’vi in Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay
Bringing the alien world of Pandora to Earth, Avatar: The Experience at Gardens by the Bay is opening its doors to curious sky people. Avatar: The Experience at Gardens by the Bay will showcase the environment of Pandora and will feature details for the upcoming sequel, Avatar: The Way of Water.
This coming October 28, 2022, Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore, will be transformed into the captivating world of Pandora. Promoted as Avatar: The Experience at Gardens by the Bay, this event was put together by Cityneon Holdings, Disney Location-Based Experiences, and James Cameron and Jon Landau’s Lightstorm Entertainment.
“The submersive walkthrough exhibit inspired by the film Avatar is a window into the beauty of Pandora and its breathtaking environments – bioluminescent flora and amazing creatures. Visitors will also learn more about the Na’vi people’s culture. Be inspired, feel connected, and experience Pandora right here on Earth, at the Gardens by the Bay,” James Cameron’s message for the upcoming event.
Avatar, one of James Cameron’s highest-grossing films, was released on December 17, 2009. After 13 years, people on Earth will finally be able to take a tour of the famous planet without flying to Pandora. The Avatar: The Experience at Gardens by the Bay is a walk-through event with real-life interaction featuring a complex ecosystem, such as the floating mountains and bioluminescent forest.
Gardens by the Bay in Singapore is known as a horticultural attraction because of its scenic architecture combined with tropical landscapes. No place can exhibit the environment of Pandora better than Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay. Guests to Avatar: The Experience at Gardens by the Bay will be able to see an elaborate waterfall nestled among rock formations, a wide array of flora that exists only in Pandora, a bioluminescent landscape full of fauna, and Na’vi cultural items. With new technology, the walkthrough event will also allow interaction with a parent, a baby banshee, and a viperwolf pup.
