Are you looking to give back this holiday season? Why not do something different and join the Orbis Canada Flight for Sight travel game?

Flight for Sight is a 60-minute immersive entertainment experience where Dave and I host teams competing in travel trivia challenges and interactive games. It’s the perfect team-building event for companies looking to bring their workforce together or you can sign up individually and join an existing team. Register here

FedEx and Orbis Flying Eye Hospital

During the course of the event, participants will be entertained by “yours truly” as Microsoft pilot Chris Levesque takes you through sets of live-streamed flight simulation experiences on the state of the art Microsoft Flight Simulator. The flight simulations are actual GPS Satellite imagery.

Participants who take part in the Orbis Flight for Sight event will also take a virtual tour of the Orbis Flying Eye Hospital. This is an amazing airplane that flies around the world helping those in need. FedEx donated a cargo jet that was transformed into a state-of-the-art teaching and training eye hospital.

Nearly 1 billion people around the world live with vision loss or blindness that could be prevented or treated if they had access to the care that we take so easily for granted. Your participation will help to end avoidable blindness for those living in love and middle-income countries where eye care doesn’t exist.

A fun online event and we’re hosting!

The next Flight for Sight event is happening on December 1, 2022. Teams of up to 12 people are required to fundraise at least $2,000. That’s just $166.66 per person. So get your co-workers, family, or friends together for a fun way to raise money for a charity! Having trouble getting 12 people? No Problem. Solo travelers can join an existing team!

Going Alone? Take a Solo Flight and Join an Existing Team

The December 1, 2022 flight is now open to solo travelers! There is no need to recruit 11 other friends, family, or colleagues. Instead, you’ll just need to pay your $25 registration fee, raise the individual fundraising minimum of $250 and you’ll be placed in a team of up to 12 of your fellow solo adventure seekers. How easy is that? And you’ll make new travel-loving friends just in time for the holiday season.
