If it’s your first time visiting Jacksonville, you’ll definitely want to stay in Jacksonville Beach – it’s by far one of my favorite areas in the entire city. It’s got a little bit of everything for visitors of all ages, and the sprawling beach is postcard-worthy.

You’ll find bars, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping in Jacksonville Beach, and it’s just a short drive to downtown Jacksonville if you want to spend a day at the museums or a Jags game. This little section of town offers both non-stop fun or total relaxation – depending on how you play it.
