Reminder: Pricing Increases on April 1

As a reminder, general admission tickets to The Travel Summit are available for $399 (CAD) until March 31, 2024. After that, we move into last-minute pricing, and the price will increase to $449 (CAD) from April 1–26, 2024.

Be sure to lock in your tickets before the end of March to benefit from the best-available price.

Nikhil Takalkar is the Senior Vice President, Loyalty Program Operations.

Nikhil has been with Marriott for 15 years and currently leads company’s Loyalty Program, Marriott Bonvoy Strategy and Operations.

In his role, he is responsible for managing overall Marriott Bonvoy member experience, program strategy and build/manage new/existing products. In addition, he oversees Program economics and Owner engagement driving significant financial benefit to 8,000 plus hotels across the globe and Marriott International.

Prior to his role in Loyalty, Nikhil led the internal consulting group within Consumer Operations. As part of his role within the group, he oversaw various strategic initiatives including the integration of Starwood, creation of Marriott’s Distribution strategy and other cross-discipline initiatives.

Outside of work, he is an avid traveler, Orangetheory fitness enthusiast and is passionate about tennis as a sport. He lives in the DC metro area with his wife and two kids.

Laura Pallotta is the Regional Vice President, Sales and Distribution, Marriott Hotels of Canada.

As Vice President, Sales and Distribution, Laura leads Marriott Canada’s Revenue Generation and Sales Strategy focus for 275+ Canadian hotels.

With over 30 years of hospitality experience, Laura spent 12 years in rapidly progressive leadership positions at Delta Hotels until Marriott’s acquisition of Delta in 2015.
